Before you order from me you may have a few questions. This page is here to provide you with answers. If you still have questions please feel free to contact me.

Shipping

Orders over $100 ship for free in Canada. We ship to Canada and the continental United States. Our rates are calculated in the shopping cart based on your address and the item you have purchased.

We use Canada Post for all our shipping. It's sent by regular parcel post.

International orders

If you live outside of Canada and the continental United States, please contact me first before purchasing an item to get an estimate of shipping costs. I'll need your shipping address to provide the most accurate estimate.

Pick-up orders

If you want to pick-up your order the shopping cart can accommodate you. Please just select pick-up in the check-out process and let us know when you would like to get your order.

Returns

If you get an item that you are not happy with, please contact me and if it is in new condition you can return it for a full refund. We don't refund shipping costs. You will have to pay for return shipping.

Please contact me first before returning an item.

Shows

If I am in an in-person show my online shop will be shut down while I'm there. This is because during shows, I could sell items that are listed in my shop and I don't want to disappoint anyone by not having the item available any longer. The majority of my product are one-of-a-kind originals. The shop will be back online after I can do inventory on the product that I have remaining.

If you want to be notified of upcoming shows, new and get discounts please subscribe to my newsletter. I send newsletters approximately once per month. You can subscribe below. Subscribers get advanced notice of when new work will be posted on the website. Social media followers are notified next.
